At ItsWorthMore, we stand behind the quality of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure all personal data is wiped, accounts are logged out, and the device is packed securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
